What are your terms?
Our terms are NET 21, unless project requirements require special arrangements.

Once a credit account is established, can it be increased?
Yes. Based on your purchase and payment history, we are can make adjustments where appropriate.

How long does it take to set up my account?
Usually an account is approved within 48 hours of receiving your application. "Cash accounts" are set up for immediate use, if you wish.

Can I call for service today?
Yes. We are happy to service your equipment anytime. Payment will be by cash or credit card until a credit account is created.

Commercial Refrigeration has relationships with most major equipment dealers and manufacturers. They are authorized service providers for True and Hoshizaki.
